Christmas Baking

I love baking and have got much more creative with it in the past few years. Below are a range of items I baked for Christmas 2012.

Rudolph Christmas Cake. My first ever attempt at making a Christmas cake turned out a success.

 Chocolate log decorated with white chocolate stars and cing snow flakes of various sizes.

 Snowflake buns decorated with icing and edible glitter.

And finally the old faithful gingerbread biscuits.
